Your New Puppy

Care for the New Puppy

Care for your new puppy by making an appointment for a check up and keeping vaccinations current. Download our New Patient Form and Puppy Wellness Form to complete before you come for that first visit.

Vaccinations are important to ensure a long life for your new pet. Below is a table showing the most commonly required vaccinations. Your veterinarian will discuss each of these vaccinations with you.


Common Puppy Vaccinations

Rabies 12 weeks Booster one year later; then every three years
